Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, while offering a spectacular view, were a little cramped to be honest, especially on the smoking floor. The location, right in front of the train station, is undeniably perfect, but the area gave a very negative impression and was concerning.
I couldn't have asked for a better location for this hotel - it's right in front of the train station with a spectacular view of the Shinjuku skyscrapers. The rooms are surprisingly large considering how reasonably priced they are. The staff, while very nice and polite, could improve their English. Despite this, everyone was extremely helpful throughout my stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were quite large for a reasonably priced hotel with Shinjuku skyscrapers in the foreground, they were quite small. However, the spectacular view and the best location right in front of the train station made up for it. The service was a bit inconsistent - the staff were all very helpful and nice, but some had difficulty speaking English. The location was perfect, close to a subway and lots of authentic restaurants and useful shops, but it wasn't very touristy. The dining options were varied, from a disgrace to very good. Overall, a decent stay with ups and downs.
I loved the prime location of the hotel, right in front of the train station, making it super convenient for travelers. The spacious rooms on the 16th floor and up offered a spectacular view, though they felt a bit cramped. The service was outstanding, with extremely kind and accommodating staff. The untouristy neighborhood with authentic restaurants and useful shops added to the charm. Dining was a mix of interesting and standard options, while the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel offers cramped rooms with a breathtaking view in a prime location just in front of the train station, boasting a stunning vista of the Shinjuku skyscrapers. The service was marked by helpful and kind staff, though communication in English was a bit of a challenge. The perfect location near authentic restaurants and useful shops, while being slightly off the tourist track, made for a comfortable stay in Tokyo. The dining options were varied, with some dishes standing out more than others. The facilities were functional and convenient.
