I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, while offering a spectacular view, were a little cramped to be honest, especially on the smoking floor. The location, right in front of the train station, is undeniably perfect, but the area gave a very negative impression and was concerning.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for this hotel - it's right in front of the train station with a spectacular view of the Shinjuku skyscrapers. The rooms are surprisingly large considering how reasonably priced they are. The staff, while very nice and polite, could improve their English. Despite this, everyone was extremely helpful throughout my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were quite large for a reasonably priced hotel with Shinjuku skyscrapers in the foreground, they were quite small. However, the spectacular view and the best location right in front of the train station made up for it. The service was a bit inconsistent - the staff were all very helpful and nice, but some had difficulty speaking English. The location was perfect, close to a subway and lots of authentic restaurants and useful shops, but it wasn't very touristy. The dining options were varied, from a disgrace to very good. Overall, a decent stay with ups and downs.
